Radiology
The radiology center is equipped with a high-performance technical platform to detect and specify the area of a fracture, a malformation, a foreign body, a tumor, etc.
Our radiologists are specialists in the most advanced areas of radiology, they master all therapeutic and diagnostic means to ensure better medical service to patients.
The main exams are:

Computed tomography (CT)
Computed tomography, also called computed tomography or CT scan), is a medical imaging technique used in radiology (X-rays) to obtain detailed internal images of the body non-invasively for diagnostic purposes.
CT scanners use a rotating x-ray tube and an array of detectors to measure the attenuations of x-rays by different tissues inside the body. The multiple x-ray measurements taken from different angles are then processed on a computer using reconstruction algorithms to produce tomographic (cross-sectional) images (virtual "slices") of a body.
Our center is equipped with the Siemens SOMATOM go.Up a scanner (CT) which allows our radiologists to benefit from cutting-edge processes to carry out superior quality radiological examinations.

Ultrasound
Ultrasound is currently the most common form of non-invasive imaging. Ultrasound uses an ultrasound transceiver. It does not radiate (an advantage compared to conventional radiology).

Mammography
Mammography is an imaging technique that uses low-energy x-rays to examine the human breast for diagnosis and screening. The goal of mammography is early detection of breast cancer, usually through the detection of characteristic masses or microcalcifications.
With the MAMMOMAT Inspiration from Siemens we could reduce the X-ray dose by up to 30%, without compromising image quality at the same time, with optimal care and a calming atmosphere during mammography screening can help our patients to relax, thus ensuring the smooth running of the exam.

Conventional radiography
This is the oldest medical imaging technique, used since the beginning of the 20th century, it is a projection imaging technique using X-rays.
The doses delivered are very low, sometimes close to natural irradiation.
They are still used in everyday practice, it is used especially for the study of bones, joints and lungs and more anecdotally for the sinuses, as well as for the search for urinary stones in the abdomen (ASP) .
Our PLAZA Radiology center has equipped itself with the Siemens MULTIX Impact which is an advanced floor-mounted X-ray system with integrated intelligence for superior performance.
Interventional radiology :
it is a subspecialty of radiology which aims to diagnose and treat certain pathologies.
The interventional radiologist uses the catheter in imaging to enable diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
This catheter is introduced into the body generally through an artery. All staff are at the service of patients for optimal care in the best conditions of safety and comfort.
